The vision of First Baptist Church Slidell Ladies Ministry is to glorify God by equipping the ladies of our church with the truth of God’s Word to do the work of the ministry.

We prayerfully seek to develop a caring community of women devoted to Christ through…

women discipling women and enabling them to make disciples
cultivating godly relationships and friendships
meeting the needs of each other in all seasons of our lives, as well as the needs of those in our community and around the world

Events:

Battle Buddies for Women…

…two ladies meeting together to cultivate a godly relationship and friendship through prayer and the study of God’s Word or reviewing a book you’ve chosen.

Let’s meet…

8 times in a 12-week period for at least 1 hour

During your meeting time:

Enjoy getting to know one another (15 minutes)
Spend time in God’s Word or reviewing a book you’ve chosen (30 minutes)
Pray for one another (10 minutes)

This is a wonderful opportunity to share spiritual truths with one another and encourage each other. It’s also a great opportunity to pair up with someone you don’t know well and get to know them in a deeper way.

Ask someone to be your Battle Buddy OR the FBC Ladies Ministry will pair you up with another lady!
